    In dieser Rolle entwickelst du eine produktgetriebene Roadmap, definierst funktionale Anforderungen und arbeitest eng mit Engineering- und Produktteams zusammen, um Markt- und Kundenbedürfnisse zu erfüllen.

    Deine Rolle im Team

    • Define and prioritize business needs by understanding client requirements, regulatory changes, and market trends to create a business-driven product roadmap while ensuring technical feasibility and scalability.
    • Develop functional requirements by translating customer and market needs into clear, actionable functional specifications, workflows, schemas, and implementation concepts for Engineering and Product teams.
    • Drive product strategy by owning the product vision, roadmap, positioning, and value proposition while ensuring alignment with customer pain points, technical realities, and competitive differentiation.
    • Manage and continuously prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, technical dependencies, and regulatory deadlines.
    • Develop and manage the product roadmap, including defining the scope of functionality and technical aspects, writing specifications, and mapping schemas.
    • Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, schemas, and supporting documentation to support the development and refinement of features.
    • Act as the liaison between Management, Business Analysts (Service Desk), Development, Release Management, and operational stakeholders.
    • Collaborate closely with Engineering, QA, DevOps, Service Desk, Release Management, and fellow Product Managers to ensure alignment across product strategy, technical implementation, and delivery priorities.
    • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of product features and enhancements.
    • Understand system interactions, data flows, APIs, integrations, and technical constraints impacting product decisions.
    • Keep abreast of market trends and relevant regulatory developments.
    • Understand the customer landscape and operational processes to identify meaningful problems worth solving.
    • Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into clear product specifications and implementation concepts.
    • Support implementation and operational initiatives related to certifications and compliance standards (e.g., ISO, SOC).
    • Actively use modern AI-assisted tools to improve productivity, analysis, and documentation quality.

    Unsere Erwartungen an dich

    Erfahrung

    • Knowledge of EMIR, MiFID/MiFIR, or SFTR is desirable, but not required. We also welcome candidates with a strong technical product management background in SaaS or complex software environments who are motivated to build expertise in regulatory domains.
    • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in SaaS, fintech, regulatory, or technically complex environments.
    • Experience working in strongly regulated industries and understanding complex compliance-driven business environments.
    • Experience in requirements engineering, solution analysis, and technical documentation.
    • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Agile tools.
    • Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, workflows, and system architecture concepts.
    • Good understanding of SDLC and technical product delivery processes.
    • Open to adopting and working with modern AI-assisted tools as part of the daily workflow.
    • Product Owner/Management Certification is advantageous.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Hands-on-mentality with a strong ownership mindset.
    • Team player capable of connecting and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
    • “Jack of all trades” mindset.
