Deine Rolle im Team
- We are looking for an experienced IT Platform Owner to take end-to-end responsibility for our Finance, Controlling and HR technology platforms.
- In this role, you will shape the strategic roadmap, drive platform transformation and ensure stable, secure and scalable services that create measurable business value.
- A key focus will be the modernization of the SAP FICO landscape and the strategic development of the HR platform ecosystem in close collaboration with business stakeholders, internal IT teams and external partners.
- Another key priority will be to further develop and position the FICO team as a future-ready capability that combines strong business partnership, reliable platform operations and transformation delivery.
- Own and evolve the IT platform strategy for Finance, Controlling and HR in line with business priorities.
- Lead SAP FICO transformation and modernization initiatives, including preparation for future-ready platform capabilities.
- Further develop and position the FICO team setup to strengthen internal capabilities, clarify roles and responsibilities, and establish a sustainable delivery model together with external partners.
- Drive the strategic development of the HR platform landscape and ensure strong integration with enterprise processes.
- Act as the trusted IT partner for Finance, Controlling and HR stakeholders, translating business needs into platform roadmaps and value-oriented solutions.
- Ensure reliable platform operations, lifecycle management, service quality, security and compliance.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, cost transparency, vendor contracts and service partner performance.
- Lead internal experts and external partners in a matrix setup and drive change, adoption and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen
- Strong understanding of Finance and Controlling processes, ideally in an international or listed-company environment.
- Good understanding of HR processes and HR platform ecosystems, with the ability to shape future-oriented solutions.
- Sound knowledge of SAP FI/CO, integration principles and SAP S/4HANA concepts.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across business, IT, architecture, security, risk and compliance functions.
- A pragmatic leadership style, analytical mindset and strong focus on business value, service quality and continuous improvement.
- Fluent English is required; German language skills are an advantage.
- Exposure to HR platforms such as SAP HCM, SuccessFactors or comparable enterprise HR solutions.
- Knowledge of ITIL-based service management, security standards, audit requirements and enterprise architecture principles.
Erfahrung
- Several years of experience in IT platform ownership, enterprise application management or a comparable IT leadership role.
- Experience in managing transformation initiatives, roadmaps, budgets, vendors and service performance.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation, SAP roadmap planning or major ERP modernization programs.
- Experience working in a matrix organization with internal teams and external service providers.
