Deine Rolle im Team
- As a business analyst, you always focus on the customer and their business processes.
- You understand the technical needs and challenges of our customers and translate them into requirements that can be implemented by our development team.
- In doing so, you know how to develop a clear vision together with stakeholders and implement it in close cooperation with our agile, interdisciplinary team of developers, software architects and Scrum Masters.
- Your main tasks: Analysis and detailing of requirements in workshops and the development of precise and implementable user stories.
- Structuring and breaking down larger backlog items (e.g. epics/features) into smaller stories and tasks.
- Formulating clear acceptance criteria for all backlog items.
- Preparation of further specifications, if required (e.g. software requirement specifications or other documentation formats).
- Other tasks in your daily work: Modelling and visualization of business processes, in particular with BPMN diagrams.
- Development of design artifacts for the technical description of solution approaches.
- Preparation of user-friendly and understandable documentation for customers.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Completed technical college or university (economic orientation).
Qualifikationen
- Good understanding of information technology.
- Knowledge of business processes in the financial services sector is an advantage.
- Knowledge of securities settlement is an advantage.
- IREB Foundation Level certification or IREB Advanced Level Requirements Modeling certification is an advantage.
- German - native speaker level; English - fluent in speech and writing.
- Enjoyment of teamwork.
- Willingness to travel (up to 20%).
Unser Angebot
- Up to 60% of working from home is possible.
- There is a minimum basic salary of EUR 53,802 gross per year for this position under the collective agreement.
