    Deine Rolle im Team

    • Leadership and management of a global team (5 direct reports, overall responsibility for 30 employees) responsible for the planning and implementation of the standard software application landscape within the company.
    • Coordination of planning, implementation, and standardization with PALFINGER's internal customers in the process and data organization.
    • Budget responsibility and cost control.
    • Management of external partners in the implementation process.
    • Introducing continuous improvements to increase implementation speed without compromising stability.

    Qualifikationen

    • Analytical skills, decisiveness, and systemic thinking.
    • Willingness to travel globally for SAP rollouts; fluent in German and English.

    Erfahrung

    • Several years of leadership experience with a global team.
    • Track record in application development implementation - SAP ERP experience; knowledge of Dynamics, Success Factors, Team Center, Windchill is an advantage.
    • Experience in managing external partners using KPIs and business management knowledge for cost management and budget planning.
