Job Zusammenfassung
In dieser Rolle entwickelst du Sicherheitsrichtlinien und -kontrollen, überwachst Sicherheitsrisiken im IT-Bereich und erstellst Sicherheitsberichte, während du eng mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zusammenarbeitest.
Deine Rolle im Team
- Supporting the Information Security team for continuous development of the Information Security functions.
- Implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving Information Security and Cybersecurity policies, procedures, guidelines and controls.
- Assessing, monitoring, and supporting the remediation of information security risks, vulnerabilities, and incidents.
- Preparing security reports, dashboards and presentations.
- Supporting security awareness initiatives, security-related projects, and audit activities.
- Conducting Information Security compliance reviews, gap analyses, and periodic testing of security controls.
- Advising IT and business units on information security matters and contribute to the continuous improvement of security processes and controls.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field.
Qualifikationen
- Knowledge of Information Security standards, regulatory requirements, and security technologies.
- Understanding IT systems, infrastructure, and security controls.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+, ISC2 CC, or equivalent) are considered an asset.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, with different stakeholders, and managing multiple priorities.
- High level of responsibility, reliability, and ownership.
- Strong communication skills, fluent English and German.
Erfahrung
- Relevant professional experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Information Risk Management, etc.
- 2+ years of experience in the banking or financial services sector.
