In dieser Position übernimmst du die Automatisierung und Infrastruktur unserer KI-Plattform, entwickelst End-to-End-Observability und implementierst AIOps, während du skalierbare Zero Ops Umgebungen auf Azure mit Terraform gestaltest.

Deine Rolle im Team
- Take ownership of the automation, infrastructure, observability, and operational reliability of our AI platform, with a clear focus on a Zero Ops operating model.
- You will help build highly automated, self-healing, and data-driven operations using AIOps, end-to-end observability, and standardized platform capabilities.
- Design and maintain infrastructure-as-code for scalable and automated Zero Ops environments.
- Build and operate platform infrastructure on Azure, including networking, access control, secrets, and certificates.
- Manage reproducible deployments using Terraform or comparable infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure, configuration, and platform releases.
- Implement end-to-end observability across logs, metrics, traces, performance, dependencies, user experience, and costs using Dynatrace, Splunk, and cloud-native tools.
- Develop AIOps capabilities such as anomaly detection, intelligent event correlation, automated root-cause analysis, and self-healing remediation.
- Build and operate Agentic AI workloads and shared runtime services on OpenShift, ensuring scalability, resilience, security, and standardized lifecycle management.
- Drive the Zero Ops vision by automating troubleshooting, upgrades, rollouts, capacity management, and operational improvements.
- Operate MCP server infrastructure and implement platform guardrails, runtime policies, model access controls, quotas, and security controls.
- Support reliable platform operations and releases across different environments and organizational units.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- Solid knowledge of Azure, Kubernetes, and OpenShift, including networking and cloud security concepts.
- Good understanding of IAM, RBAC, secrets management, certificates, and secure runtime configuration.
- Strong knowledge of observability and AIOps, including logging, metrics, tracing, alerting, anomaly detection, event correlation, dashboards, and automated health checks.
- Understanding of AI platform runtime controls such as model access, quotas, rate limits, cost monitoring, and traceability.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to support technical rollouts and stable operations across multiple environments.
- Very good English skills and good German skills.
Erfahrung
- Strong experience in DevOps, cloud, or platform engineering.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code, ideally Terraform and Python.
- Experience with GitHub Actions, GitHub Enterprise, and CI/CD practices.
- Hands-on experience with Dynatrace and Splunk in enterprise environments.
