Deine Rolle im Team
- As a ServiceNow Implementation Consultant/Developer (m/f/d), you will independently translate the requirements of our customers into powerful ServiceNow solutions.
- You translate technical and procedural requirements into specific technical implementations, and master the balance between customer requirements and platform standard (out-of-the-box).
- As part of a strong team, you deliver projects from concept to go-live.
- Independent configuration, customizing and implementation of ServiceNow solutions (e.g. ITSM, CSM, ITOM) over the entire project life cycle.
- Implementation of ITIL-based processes (e.g. Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, CMDB) in ServiceNow.
- Technical analysis of customer requirements as well as derivation and evaluation of solution approaches with regard to feasibility and effort.
- Carrying out tests, fault analysis and quality assurance of the implemented solutions.
- Close coordination with customers and specialist areas to clarify requirements and present solutions.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- You have a degree in an IT environment or a comparable qualification and have already successfully implemented several ServiceNow projects.
Qualifikationen
- Profound knowledge of ITIL processes and their mapping in ServiceNow.
- Safe handling of ServiceNow's core technical components (JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, integrations).
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g. Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to talk to customers on a professional and technical level.
- Ability to implement projects independently and in a results-oriented manner.
- Communicate fluently in German and English, both orally and in writing.
- Willingness to travel in the DACH region.
Erfahrung
- Several years of practical experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow.
- Experience with agile or scrum methods.
