Deine Rolle im Team
- Define and maintain a data framework to build steering dashboards that provide pipeline visibility and actionable analytics for business steering.
- Provide regular, proactive updates to management on business development, including opportunities, key trends, and risks.
- Answer AdHoc Analysis Request from high-level stakeholders for defined areas.
- Identify, initiate, and drive continuous improvements in reporting tools and workflows to enhance transparency, efficiency, and data quality.
- Drive adoption of digital analytics solutions and continuously enhance reporting capabilities through automation, visualization, and collaboration with IT, Sales and central teams.

Ausbildung
- University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Qualifikationen
- Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, with basic exposure to ML frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch), data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical thinking with a structured approach to problem solving.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate across functions, manage stakeholders efficiently, and communicate fluently in English.
Erfahrung
- Programming & Data Analytics Skills: Knowledge of Python and SQL; familiarity with data visualization tool such as Tableau or Power BI; experience with R or Java is a plus.
