As an AI Engineer , you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and implementing cutting-edge Generative AI solutions and intelligent agentic systems . Join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of intelligent systems that solve complex problems and enhance our business capabilities.
Your job's key responsibilities are:
- Designing and implementing end-to-end Generative AI solutions , AI agents , and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to address business challenges and opportunities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, providing technical expertise, and delivering scalable and robust AI solutions
- Conducting research and evaluation of emerging AI models , agentic frameworks , and development kits
- Working independently on Proof of Concepts (PoC) to validate and showcase the feasibility of proposed solutions
- Conducting direct client communication to understand their needs and tailor AI-driven solutions accordingly

Qualifikationen
Essential Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in Applied AI or Machine Learning in the industry
- Proficiency in building Generative AI and Agentic applications at scale , with expertise in using agentic frameworks , vector databases , grounding , and other relevant concepts
- Direct experience or strong familiarity with agent development (e.g. LangGraph, Google Agent Development Kit (ADK), Agno)
- Proven experience in research and evaluation of emerging AI technologies , models , and frameworks
- Extensive knowledge of Cloud AI offerings on one of the Hyperscalers (GCP, AWS or Azure), including ready-to-use AI services , AutoML approaches , and custom model development
- Strong and assertive communication skills
- Passion for keeping up with industry trends and advancements in Generative AI and agentic systems
Beneficial Skills:
- Hands-on experience with the Google Cloud AI/ML stack (e.g., Vertex AI , Gemini Models , Vector Search )
- Experience with AI evaluation frameworks (e.g., RAGAs, LangSmith), writing integration tests , and establishing robust validation strategies for Generative AI and agentic applications
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes for MLOps/AIOps
- A/B testing expertise for AI models and applications
