Deine Rolle im Team
- Helpdesk & Ticketing: Manage, prioritise and resolve incoming support requests efficiently using our IT ticketing system, ensuring timely communication with end users.
- Windows Server & Desktop Support: Provide robust first- and second-line support for Windows operating systems, hardware, software installation, troubleshooting and user account management (Active Directory / Entra ID).
- Classroom & EdTech Support: Maintain and troubleshoot interactive displays, projectors, audiovisual equipment and student and staff devices to help ensure disruption-free learning environments.
- Infrastructure Maintenance: Assist in monitoring and maintaining local network infrastructure, Wi-Fi access points, printers and server backups under the guidance of senior IT staff.
- Documentation & Onboarding: Create clear technical guides for staff and students and assist with setting up new hardware and software deployments.

Ausbildung
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a dedicated IT support or helpdesk environment; experience within schools or educational institutions is a distinct advantage.
Qualifikationen
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration and Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in using IT ticketing systems such as Jira, Zendesk, Freshdesk or ServiceNow.
- Communication skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users, students and staff.
- Language: Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
Erfahrung
- Hands-on experience with classroom audiovisual technology and interactive learning tools.
- Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting for Windows administration, Microsoft 365 management, troubleshooting, and automation of routine IT tasks.
