Deine Rolle im Team
- Lead and develop a SAP Integration & Governance team responsible for Service, Change, Demand and Test Management.
- Lead international SAP projects and transformation initiatives independently.
- Manage projects throughout their full lifecycle.
- Lead cross-module requirements and solution design across the SAP landscape.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable IT solutions.
- Continuously improve Demand, Change and Test Management processes.
- Establish and maintain SAP governance standards and project methodologies.
- Support SAP rollouts, process harmonization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with central PMO as well as with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements.

Ausbildung
- Education in the technical field and/ or process management.
Qualifikationen
- Profound project management skills.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills combined with a structured and solution-oriented mindset.
- Business fluent English; German is an advantage.
Erfahrung
- Several years of experience in SAP consulting, SAP project delivery or SAP application management.
- Leadership experience and strong stakeholder management skills.
