Deine Rolle im Team
- Define technical roadmaps, and work with a product manager to groom the backlog factoring in technical debt and prioritisation of impactful services.
- Lead, grow, and inspire your team to perform at the highest level, and successfully deliver their best in a fast-paced environment.
- Facilitate daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure agile practices are effectively implemented and continuously improved.
- Work closely with other managers, stakeholders, and teams across the organisation to ensure that the microservices architecture aligns with the broader company objectives.
- Perform regular 1:1 with your team members to develop career plans and goals.
- Help your team to maintain resilience in periods of change and ambiguity.

Qualifikationen
- You have the ability to lead teams effectively, provide guidance in ambiguous situations, influence technical discussions and are able to contribute to the development and future growth of software engineers.
- Capability to perform regular performance reviews and derive new development goals or improvement strategies.
- Hands-on personality, self-driven, somebody who likes to be involved rather than sitting on the sidelines.
- You have touched upon financial services before and are eager to grow in this domain.
- Familiarity with Java/PHP, distributed/event driven systems, message brokers such as Kafka and microservices architecture are a huge bonus.
Erfahrung
- You have experience in a technical leadership role with demonstrated deep knowledge of the development of digital products, good understanding of software architecture all the way from experimentation to continuous improvement in an agile environment.
