Job Zusammenfassung
In dieser Position bist du als technischer Ansprechpartner für Kunden verantwortlich, entwickelst Optimierungslösungen für Leistungshalbleiter und unterstützt in Evaluierungs-, Prototyping- und Produktionsphasen.
Deine Rolle im Team
- As an Application Engineer, you will be the technical bridge between our advanced power semiconductor products and our AI-focused and other customers.
- You'll work closely with design engineers, marketing, and sales teams to ensure our solutions are seamlessly integrated into high-performance systems.
- Collaborate with customers to understand system requirements and recommend optimal power solutions.
- Provide hands-on support during evaluation, prototyping, and production phases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application-level issues.
- Develop reference designs, application notes, and white papers.
- Conduct technical training and workshops for internal teams and customers.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Work with R&D to influence product development based on market feedback.
- Partner with marketing to define product positioning and messaging.
- Support sales teams with technical collateral.
- Perform lab characterization of power devices in system environments.
- Benchmark performance metrics such as efficiency, thermal behavior, and EMI.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field.
- Strong understanding of DC-DC converters, WBG devices, custom silicon, thermal management and system integration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus.
- Knowledge of data center power distribution and energy efficiency standards.
- Prior customer-facing role in a fast-paced, global environment.
Erfahrung
- 5 -7 years minimum in application engineering, preferably in power semiconductors.
- Experience with simulation tools.
