- As Builder Engineer Internal Systems | all genders, you take ownership of our internal technology landscape.
- You design, build and maintain the systems and tools that our teams rely on every day.
- You combine solid engineering skills with a structured approach to create solutions that work reliably and scale with the company.
- Build and maintain internal systems, tools and automations.
- Develop and manage integrations across platforms, with a focus on Salesforce.
- Ensure data quality, consistency and flow between internal systems.
- Create internal dashboards, workflows and process automations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business, design and IT.
- Improve and maintain our internal toolchain and development processes.
- Build and maintain internal web-based interfaces where needed.

Qualifikationen
- Broad technical understanding across different systems and platforms.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clean, efficient technical solutions.
- Structured, independent way of working with a hands-on mentality.
- Analytical thinking and a sense of ownership for your projects.
- Fluent in English and German at B2 level or above.
Erfahrung
- Several years of experience in software engineering, ideally with web and cloud technologies.
- Experience working with Salesforce systems and API-based integrations.
- Bonus: Experience with internal tool development or process automation.
