Knowledge is power, shared knowledge is multiplied power. We are convinced a culture of learning and sharing includes accessible knowledge to everyone. We value and actively encourage everybody of the team #SQUER to constantly exchange new ideas and trends with the software development community. We are happy to provide a platform to share our passive and active experiences as lecturers at international events. In addition to constantly building up knowledge in exciting projects, we offer a variety of internal training formats and a freely available training budget of €5,000 per year. We conduct annual salary rounds using an in-house developed Criteria Based Salary Tool. This tool has been designed to help us evaluate performance in a more objective and transparent way, while also ensuring that our employees are recognized and rewarded for their hard work and achievements.
