Deine Rolle im Team
- As an IT System Administrator, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our digital workplace.
- Working with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, and endpoint technologies, you will ensure secure, reliable IT services while providing outstanding support to our users and contributing and leading innovative IT projects.
- Design, implement, and operate IT infrastructure and workplace solutions.
- Administer and continuously improve Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Management, and Microsoft 365 services.
- Deliver high-quality end user support and ensure an excellent user experience.
- Manage the full client lifecycle, from provisioning and deployment to maintenance and retirement.
- Resolve complex technical issues and drive continuous service improvement.
- Ensure security, compliance, and operational stability across endpoint environments.
- Lead IT projects and contribute to the ongoing optimization of workplace technologies and processes.

Qualifikationen
- Completed vocational training (HTL), apprenticeship, or equivalent IT qualification.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Management, Microsoft 365, and Modern Workplace technologies.
- Understanding of endpoint security, virtualization, networking, and server infrastructure.
- Customer-focused, solution-oriented, and proactive mindset.
- Structured, reliable, and self-organized way of working.
- Strong communication skills in German and English.
- Team player with a hands-on approach and a passion for continuous learning.
Erfahrung
- Experience in service-oriented IT environments and end user support.
