Deine Rolle im Team
- Leading a team of software development engineers in the automotive environment, taking into account industry-relevant processes and standards (e.g. A-Spice, IATF 16949, ISO 26262, etc.).
- Drive strategic alignment of products and services with new and legacy technologies in mind.
- Actively participate in the negotiation of the project scope and timeline (FIP) during the acquisition phase.
- Ensuring innovation in the SW development process with the pursuit of efficiency (processes, methods, tools, certifications).
- Ensure innovation in SW functionality to increase battery safety, performance, and lifespan.
- Development and coordination of optimized SW qualification methods and processes with the verification/validation team.

Qualifikationen
- Completed technical training.
- Knowledge of automotive development environments/tools.
- Leading by example, integrity, transparency and accountability.
- Innovation and cost-driven mindset.

- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
Erfahrung
- Experience in managing a team of more than 30 SW development engineers.
- Experience in software project management in the automotive environment.
