Deine Rolle im Team
- You will continuously develop our IT landscape and build the basis for stable, secure and future-proof IT operations.
- In doing so, you will drive the expansion of our cybersecurity measures and implement efficient IT solutions that optimise existing processes and successfully support new business models.
- With your keen understanding of user requirements, cost-effectiveness and process improvements, you will ensure that IT is seen as a genuine enabler that simplifies day-to-day work, speeds up processes and creates sustainable added value.
- You will be responsible for the reliable operation of a heterogeneous IT system landscape comprising Linux, Microsoft Windows and macOS systems, as well as the underlying LAN infrastructure.
- You will be responsible for the administration and ongoing development of cybersecurity measures, including the administration of firewalls (iptables/ferm on Debian Linux) and VPN solutions (WireGuard on Debian Linux).
- Your responsibilities will include the administration and optimisation of our central applications, such as Microsoft 365, SAP and Salesforce, as well as the operation of internal services (GitLab, BackupPC).
- In addition, you will manage and coordinate collaboration with external IT service providers and be responsible for managing user and authorisation policies, including user administration using OpenLDAP and Samba on Debian Linux.
- In addition to day-to-day IT operations, you will take independent responsibility for the planning and implementation of IT projects, such as the introduction, replacement or optimisation of core applications, as well as the procurement and implementation of servers and workstation systems.

Qualifikationen
- You have successfully completed an apprenticeship in the IT sector or hold a comparable qualification.
- Proficient use of Microsoft 365 is part of your day-to-day work.
- You have knowledge of networking and virtualisation, and you take a structured approach to analysing and resolving technical faults.
- Excellent command of German and English rounds off your profile.
Erfahrung
- You already have solid practical experience in the administration of servers, IT infrastructures and system landscapes.
- You have initial experience with key applications such as SAP or Salesforce, as well as a good understanding of common IT processes (e.g. based on ITIL V3).
Unser Angebot
- You will receive a gross annual salary of between €60,000 and €80,000 for full-time employment, which is above the minimum salary set out in the collective agreement (KV 'Datenverarbeitung und Informationstechnik'), depending on your experience and qualifications.
