Deine Rolle im Team
- Collaborate closely with business units to redesign and transform core processes within the CIB area, leveraging modern AI frameworks and AI Agents with a clear end-to-end process perspective.
- Develop and implement enterprise-grade AI software products, such as API solutions, following a strict governance framework with a focus on scalability, low-latency performance and business usability.
- Work closely with CIB specialists to understand business processes, data and daily challenges, unlocking the full potential of AI-driven innovation.
- Shape innovative agentic AI banking solutions and co-create the operational governance framework of AI solutions.

Qualifikationen
- Strong software development and DevOps foundation with programming expertise in Python, Spark or Scala.
- Knowledge of software security concepts such as penetration testing and OWASP principles.
- Highly motivated, proactive and analytical, with effective communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in agile teams and complex organizational environments.
Erfahrung
- Several years of experience in software development or AI/ML engineering, with a product engineering mindset.
- Experience with Databricks, Azure or AWS; hands-on management of CI/CD pipelines and testing.
- Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or Autogen, LLMs and Agents, plus familiarity with MLOps and DataOps best practices.
Unser Angebot
- The minimum salary for this position is EUR 3.375,40 gross per month under the applicable Banking Collective Agreement.
- The actual salary is typically higher and will be determined individually based on qualifications, professional experience and role requirements.
