Deine Rolle im Team
- In this role, you will ensure that IT structures, changes, policies, and processes are clearly communicated, understood and effectively adopted across the organization.
- By translating technical requirements into accessible communication, supporting change initiatives, and strengthening governance maturity, you will help create transparency, alignment, and engagement throughout Corporate IT.
- Develop and execute communication strategies for IT initiatives, changes, and events; create communication materials (e.g. presentations, newsletters) and organize IT events such as global IT townhalls.
- Act as a key contact for IT communication topics.
- Support change initiatives related to IT governance, process improvements, and IT projects; create adoption materials such as guides, FAQs, training content, and stakeholder communications.
- Facilitate trainings and workshops to support adoption, build maturity, and enhance organizational readiness for IT changes.
- Support the development and implementation of IT governance frameworks, standards, and policies; translate governance requirements into clear, non‑technical documentation and contribute to IT knowledge management.

Ausbildung
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Qualifikationen
- Familiarity with IT governance frameworks such as COBIT or ITIL, or willingness to learn and develop in this area is a plus.
- Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into business‑friendly language.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and organizational levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand processes, recognize improvement opportunities, and support governance maturity.
- Curiosity for Emerging Technologies: A genuine interest in exploring new technology innovations and understanding how they can create value for the organization.
- You stay up to date with digital trends and enjoy turning new ideas into practical solutions.
Erfahrung
- Several years of relevant experience in IT, communications, or change management.
