Job Zusammenfassung
In dieser Rolle bist du verantwortlich für die regelmäßige Aktualisierung des IT-Portfolios, die Identifizierung und Lösung von Risiken sowie die enge Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern zur Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Projektabwicklung.
Deine Rolle im Team
- The EMEA IT PMO will focus on facilitating regular portfolio updates with business stakeholders to align priorities and ensure clear communication.
- He will also be responsible for identifying and resolving risks, bottlenecks, or issues that could impact project timelines or budgets.
- Govern and track the IT portfolio to ensure alignment with planning procedures across all I&T teams.
- Align with global PMO standards and implement PMO best practices.
- Facilitate portfolio updates with business stakeholders to align business priorities and activities.
- Maintain ongoing engagement with stakeholders to ensure continuous alignment with business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and issues in project delivery.
- Prevent or minimize budget deviations and timeline impacts.
- Support and coordinate change management initiatives.

Qualifikationen
- Successfully completed studies in the field of Business Administration, Information Systems or Project Management.
- Change management certification is a plus.
- Very good German and good English skills are a must.
- Independent working style and solution-oriented personality with excellent communication and moderation skills.
Erfahrung
- Experience in global IT and Business Alignment with remote sites and teams.
