Deine Rolle im Team
- We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled SOC IT Specialist to support and maintain the IT infrastructure, applications, and connectivity used within our Security Operations Centers (SOC).
- In this role, you will ensure the stability, security, and availability of critical monitoring systems while supporting end-users and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Administer and maintain Windows server environments, networks, and virtualized infrastructure.
- Support and troubleshoot SOC applications, including monitoring and communication platforms.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and operational health.
- Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow.
- Support the integration of customer security systems, including alarm and video surveillance solutions.
- Collaborate with international IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in infrastructure, migration, and system development projects.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and inventory records.
- Promote IT security best practices and support compliance requirements.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and virtualization technologies.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, and VPN technologies.
- Familiarity with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and operational best practices.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within international teams.
- Language: Excellent German and good English (fluent, spoken and written).
Erfahrung
- Several years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or a similar technical role.
- Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing end-user support.
- Experience with PowerShell, Python, or other automation tools will be an advantage.
Unser Angebot
- Some travel may be required.
- For this position, we offer a minimum salary of € 4200 gross per month (based on full-time employment, including the overtime allowance).
- Depending on qualifications and professional experience, there is a willingness to overpay.
