    In diesem Job übernimmst du die technische Verantwortung für die Entwicklung von Java-basierten ERP-Anwendungen, implementierst Softwarelösungen, mentorst dein Team und optimierst bestehende Systeme.

    • Take technical ownership of the design, development, and continuous improvement of Java-based applications and services.
    • Drive the implementation of high-quality software solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
    • Collaborate closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into pragmatic technical solutions.
    • Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and code reviews to support the growth of team members.
    • Support projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from concept to implementation.
    • Analyze existing systems and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

    Ausbildung

    • Completed technical education (HTL, FH, TU) or a comparable qualification.

    Qualifikationen

    • Strong knowledge of object-oriented design, modern software architectures, and software engineering best practices.

    Erfahrung

    • Several years of experience in software development, with a focus on designing and implementing software systems.
    • Experience in leading developers or acting as a technical lead within agile teams.
    • Hands-on experience with Java/Kotlin (Spring Boot), RESTful APIs, microservices, integration patterns, and distributed systems.
