Ausbildung

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information AI Systems, or a related field.

Qualifikationen

• Expertise in data modeling, database design, ETL processes, and cloud-based data solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Scala, or Java and expertise in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Advanced knowledge of big data platforms and cloud-based AI services.
• Familiarity with MLOps, containerization and orchestration tools.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
• Working proficiency in English. German language skills are an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Builds positive relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders through clear, effective communication, active listening, and empathy, while demonstrating integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
• Works well in team settings, supporting colleagues, respecting diverse perspectives, and contributing to collective success through flexibility and cooperation, all with a strong work ethic.

Erfahrung

• Minimum 7 years of experience in data architecture, with a focus on large-scale data platforms.
• Extensive hands-on experience in researching and designing AI based solutions to optimise ways of working and data utilisation.
• Proven experience in designing and managing (healthcare) data systems, with a strong understanding of compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR).
• Experience with BI tools, such as Power BI or similar platforms.
• Experience working on cross-disciplinary projects.
