Deine Rolle im Team
- Lead problem management efforts, including external moderation and team improvements.
- Handle P1/P2 incident management and conduct 8D root cause analysis and lessons learned.
- Oversee a specific cost center regarding forecasting, purchase orders, and bills.
- Ensure proper cost center separation and adherence to SLAs.
- Manage upgrades for Windows 11 clients and servers, including IT OT Server PM, Windows Server, and Linux Server.
- Oversee daily operations and serve as the main partner for local technical Services.
- Conduct regular status meetings infrastructure teams (local and global).
- Collaborate with the global support team for service center transitions.

Qualifikationen
- Successfully completed studies in Informatics, Electronics or a comparable field.
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux server Management, IT Service Management (e.g. ITIL) and Service Now.
- Knowledge of cost center management and license management.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure management and technical Services.
- Excellent problem-solving and incident management skills.
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks and Projects.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Fluent english language skills, german is an advantage.

- Proven experience in IT and OT solution Management.
