Deine Rolle im Team
- One key aspect in your new role is to implement Artificial Intelligence (AI) use cases across the global IT Service Management (ITSM) landscape.
- Further, coordination and implementation of version upgrade projects with focus on ITIL processes and containerization infrastructure come into the picture.
- Implementation of AI and system requirements in ITSM (e.g. ticket analysis).
- Operate and configure global applications on a container platform, e.g. OpenShift.
- Support in various platform projects and lifecycle management.
- Act as an interface between different parties.
- Mix ITSM platform operation, development and innovation.
- During an individual training phase, we will prepare you for your new tasks.
- With regular feedback discussions and planning of your professional and personal development we want to ensure your success in this position.
- In addition, you will have the opportunity to perform some of your tasks in your home office (Hybrid) and you can arrange your working hours flexibly.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- A degree (ideally Master) in Computer Science, Informatics or similar.
Qualifikationen
- Container Know-How in OpenShift.
- English skills with German skills at a plus.
Erfahrung
- First technical experience in system/platform operations and upgrade projects (BMC Remedy/Helix as an advantage).
- Software development experience and fit in technologies like agentic AI, MCP, RAG, LLM, agent-to-agent communication.
- Experience in database technologies e.g. MS SQL.
- Experience in integration of various kind of systems (REST, web services, etc.).
