To support our ongoing digitalization and innovation initiatives, we are looking for an experienced IT Expert with Project Management Experience (m/f/d) who enjoys driving projects end-to-end and collaborating across technical and business functions.
- Take hands-on ownership of IT and digitalization projects from initiation to successful delivery.
- Ensure adherence to budget, timelines, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project communication, reporting, and documentation in a structured and transparent way.
- Conduct business analysis and requirement engineering in close collaboration with stakeholders.
- Support and accompany change initiatives within the organization.
- Design, plan, and execute projects together with internal and external stakeholders, with a strong focus on innovation-driven initiatives.
- Analyse and optimize existing processes to develop concrete, value-driven solution proposals.
- Foster strong teamwork by supporting colleagues with your IT expertise and project management know-how.

Ausbildung
- Completed education in IT (technical college, HTL, university, or university of applied sciences).

For this position (Fulltime), we offer a gross annual salary starting at 53.760,- EUR, according to the valid IT collective agreement with the willingness to overpay according to qualifications and professional experience.
Qualifikationen
- A structured, organized working style combined with strong technical understanding.
- Excellent English or German skills, both written and spoken, are a must.
Erfahrung
- Several years of hands-on experience delivering IT or digitalization projects.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into workflows across a diverse software ecosystem, is a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience executing IT or digitalization projects in pragmatic environments, with a clear focus on delivery rather than formal methodologies.
- Practical experience supporting process improvements & implementations in larger organizations is a strong plus.
- Proven experience navigating complex setups with diverse stakeholders, with a strong focus on simplifying processes and driving automation.
- A strong mindset characterized by excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Proven stakeholder management skills as part of a solid understanding of change management principle are an advantage.
- Self-driven and lifelong learner.
