In dieser Rolle entwirfst und verwaltest du Kubernetes-Infrastrukturen auf AWS, automatisierst Deployment-Prozesse, optimierst die Cluster-Leistung und integrierst verschiedene Anwendungen sowie Monitoring-Tools.

Deine Rolle im Team
- Design, implement and manage infrastructure with Kubernetes and AWS.
- Collaborate with our Ruby/Elixir backend team to containerize applications and deploy them on Kubernetes.
- Optimize Kubernetes cluster performance, resource utilization, and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions with Grafana/Prometheus.
- Ensure the security of our environments by following best practices and implementing security controls.
- Automate Kubernetes deployment and management processes using Helm, Kustomize, Flux and Pulumi.
- Maintain service communication using Linkerd.
- Integrate application dependencies like RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, Snowflake, DynamoDB.
- Help plan and take ownership of deploying and maintaining our internal tools.
- Deal with the challenges of an established and continuously growing project.

- Deep understanding of Kubernetes concepts, components, and APIs.
- Strong knowledge of Linux architecture and administration.

Erfahrung
- Proven experience as a Kubernetes engineer or similar role (e.g. DevOps engineer with Kubernetes focus).
