Deine Rolle im Team
- We are looking for a Service Performance & Development Manager to help shape and continuously improve how Customer Service is delivered across our global markets.
- In this role, you will combine data‑driven performance management with hands‑on ownership of service quality and improvement initiatives.
- You will turn insights into action and work closely with subsidiaries, internal stakeholders, and headquarters teams to drive customer satisfaction, service consistency, and operational excellence worldwide.
- Performance & Transparency: Monitoring key service KPIs and developing clear reports and dashboards to enable global comparability.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyzing trends and root causes, and deriving concrete recommendations for management and markets.
- Global Quality Standards: Defining and harmonizing service processes and guidelines while balancing global and local needs.
- Improvement & Market Development: Managing international initiatives and strategically building capabilities and best practices in the markets.
- Processes & Innovation: Optimizing end-to-end processes and tools, and promoting data-driven and AI-powered solutions.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, quality management, or a related field.
Erfahrung
- At least 5–7 years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas: Customer Service Performance Management, Service Quality, Customer Experience, Operational Excellence or Program Management.
- Experience in a global or regional HQ role with responsibility across multiple markets.
- Experience in managing cross-market initiatives and in driving sustainable performance improvements.
