Deine Rolle im Team
- Safeguard business-critical data with reliable backup and storage solutions.
- As a Backup & Storage Specialist, you will ensure the reliability, performance, and security of the company's enterprise storage and data protection landscape.
- You will design, operate, and optimize backup and restore processes, disaster recovery readiness, and storage platforms (on-prem and cloud).
- Collaborating closely with Infrastructure, Security, and Application teams, you will safeguard business-critical data and meet recovery objectives, compliance requirements, and audit standards.
- Data Protection & Storage Management
- Design, operate, and monitor backup and recovery solutions for designated compliance systems.
- Ensure data availability, integrity, and recoverability according to compliance requirements.
- Manage enterprise storage platforms (SAN, NAS, object storage).
- Execute and document backup tests, disaster recovery tests, and restore procedures.
- Enforce data retention, encryption, and access control policies.
- Support audits and compliance checks related to data protection.
- Collaborate with Production IT, Security, and Infrastructure teams.

Ausbildung
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or comparable experience.
Qualifikationen
- Solid understanding of data protection in regulated environments.
- Reliable, precise, and documentation-oriented working style.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
Erfahrung
- Proven experience in a similar position.
- Proven experience with enterprise backup and storage technologies.
- Experience with encryption, retention policies, and disaster recovery concepts.

- Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als Backup & Storage Specialist (Veeam B&R / Veeam One) beträgt 3.449,08 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
