- Technical Leadership: Guide engineering teams in designing, deploying, and operating cloud-native platforms.

- Security & Reliability: Ensure compliance, security, and high availability for enterprise-scale platforms.

Qualifikationen
- Advanced Kubernetes: Ability to design and manage complex Kubernetes or Openshift clusters in enterprise environments.
- GitOps: Deep understanding of GitOps principles and the ability to design and implement robust, version-controlled infrastructure workflows.
- CI/CD & Security: Expertise in secure, automated deployment pipelines and modern security best practices.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Ability to coach and mentor engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Strategic Thinking: You anticipate technical challenges and proactively drive solutions.
- Communication: Ability to break down complex topics and explain them in a way that makes sense to both engineers and customers.
- Languages: Fluent in English; German is a plus.
Erfahrung
- Infrastructure as Code: Proven hands-on experience with Terraform to build scalable, reusable, and maintainable infrastructure components.
- Nice-To-Have : Multi-Cloud Experience (AWS, GCP, Azure or hybrid environments) and programming skills (Phyton, Golang or Rust).
