Deine Rolle im Team
- Manage and maintain IT Service Catalog for the Region CEE.
- Oversee the delivery of IT services to all regional locations, ensuring services meet performance, quality, and operational standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for IT service requests, incidents, and escalations across the region.
- Collaborate with the Regional Management to develop and maintain regional IT service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Define and improve processes and rules to ensure prompt resolution to minimize downtime and impact on business operations.
- Continuously evaluate and improve IT services through user feedback, performance metrics, and ongoing service reviews.
- Support the Regional IT Manager in the planning, coordination, and implementation of IT projects.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT service operations, including incident reports, service performance, and process workflows.

Ausbildung
- Bachelor's degree in IT Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
Qualifikationen
- Extensive knowledge of business processes and a solid understanding of IT systems and technologies, including ITIL principles.
- Proficient English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Enthusiastic about collaborating both online and in person with an international IT team and specialization groups.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
Erfahrung
- 3 to 5 years of experience in IT service management or a related IT operations role.
