Deine Rolle im Team
- Build AI into the product. Design, build and deploy AI across our core product, from RAG and document understanding to agentic workflows and predictive models.
- Own the full lifecycle. Take solutions from design and prototype through integration, deployment and continuous improvement.
- Use our data. Work with our Data Engineers to turn proprietary TIC data into reusable data products.
- Build for production. Create MLOps pipelines and make sure our AI is scalable, secure, explainable and cost-effective.
- Prove it works. Back every claim with evaluation datasets, metrics and regression tests.
- Raise the bar. Work with Product, Design, Engineering and customers, and support fellow AI engineers through pairing and design and code reviews.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- A degree in Computer Science, ML, Data Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Qualifikationen
- Excellent Python and software engineering practice: testing, code review, version control and CI/CD.
- RAG built for a real business need, explained end to end from chunking to retrieval and answer quality, plus vector databases, embeddings and semantic search.
- LLMs, prompt engineering and agentic workflows with LangChain, LangGraph or similar, and the rigor to evaluate them and explain the results to business stakeholders.
- MLOps discipline (MLflow, Docker, CI/CD), AI monitoring and tracing (e.g. Langfuse, OpenTelemetry), RESTful APIs, solid SQL and data pipelines.
- Fluent English.
Erfahrung
- 4+ years building software professionally, including at least 2 years shipping ML or LLM systems to production that real users rely on.
- Strong ML fundamentals, with hands-on experience training, evaluating and deploying classical models (e.g. classification, forecasting, anomaly detection).

- Fair compensation: in Austria due to legal requirements from € 75,000 gross per year (full-time), with overpayment based on qualifications and experience; for other locations, in line with local market conditions.
