Job Zusammenfassung
In dieser Position optimierst du IT-Systeme und Endgeräte, bearbeitest technische Supportanfragen und unterstützt die Infrastruktur bei Wartung und Implementierung neuer Lösungen.
Deine Rolle im Team
- Support the infrastructure team as part of Smart Hands Support
- Configure, maintain and optimize IT systems and end-user devices
- Provide technical 2nd Level Support for hardware, software and infrastructure-related issues
- Handle, analyze and resolve escalated support tickets
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting of IT systems and infrastructure components
- Support server and IT equipment updates
- Participate in IT projects and the implementation of technical solutions
- Install and integrate new hardware and software solutions
- Collaborate with internal departments, IT architects, project teams and external partners
- Create and maintain technical documentation and system configurations
- Contribute to training materials and knowledge base content

Ausbildung
- Completed education or training in IT, Computer Science, Information Technology or a comparable qualification
Qualifikationen
- Good knowledge of hardware, software and IT systems
- Confident use of ticketing systems and a structured approach to handling support requests
- Independent, solution-oriented and well-organized working style
- Strong service orientation and enjoyment of working with end users
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to collaborate in an international IT environment
- Good written and spoken English is required, German language skills are an advantage
Erfahrung
- Initial to several years of professional experience in IT support, ideally in infrastructure or end-user support
- Experience in technical problem analysis and troubleshooting
