Deine Rolle im Team
- You support the operation, maintenance, and further development of our global HR systems landscape, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors and SmartRecruiters.
- You contribute to the optimization and digitalization of People & Culture processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
- You take on 2nd-level support tasks, analyze requests from key users and business departments, and work with the team to develop sustainable solutions.
- You participate in international HR IT projects, particularly in the areas of Recruiting, Core HR, Payroll, and Time Management.
- You assist in improving data quality, system interfaces, and HR IT-supported processes across the HR technology landscape.
- You work closely with People & Culture, Group IT, key users, external partners, and international stakeholders.

Ausbildung
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a similar field.
Qualifikationen
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate thoughts and information clearly and effectively.
- Strong drive to meet and exceed performance targets with persistence.
- Innovative thinker, capable of developing new approaches and methods to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Erfahrung
- Professional experience in Human Resources, ideally in Application Consulting as well but not mandatory.

- In accordance with legal requirements in Austria, we are obliged to disclose the minimum annual gross salary for this position as defined by the collective agreement, which is € 48,282.84 (Chemical Industry Collective Agreement).
- If you meet all the requirements for this position you can expect a minimum annual gross salary of €60,000 as a starting point.
