Deine Rolle im Team
- Manage IT incidents, service requests, and changes through ITSM processes.
- Provide end-user support and maintain the accounts and devices environment.
- Administer IT assets, inventory records, and endpoint management solutions (Intune/MDM).
- Support IT projects, system deployments, and company-wide meetings.
- Deliver onboarding training and IT support through the IT Service Point and the IT hotline.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues.
- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and infrastructure support to ensure reliable IT operations.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Completed IT education (e.g. IT apprenticeship, technical college/HTL, vocational school) or an equivalent qualification.
Qualifikationen
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft cloud applications (365, Teams, OneDrive).
- Good understanding of Microsoft services such as Active Directory/ Entra ID, DHCP, DNS and Group Policy Objects.
- Strong customer and service orientation, combined with excellent communication skills.
- Proactive, reliable and structured working style, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Very good German and good English skills.
Erfahrung
- Professional experience in IT support or IT services, ideally in a Service Desk environment.
- Experience with IT asset management and ticketing systems; experience with ServiceNow is an advantage.
