- Developing and integrating AI-based solutions
- Data science and predictive analytics: analysing complex data, pattern recognition and optimisation algorithms to automate and improve logistics processes
- Developing intelligent assistance functions, automations and workflows used directly in our operational business processes
- Developing modern client, web and mobile applications based on .NET (C#), Java and Python
- Designing and implementing scalable software solutions, REST APIs, interfaces and backend services
- Enhancing, maintaining and optimising our company-wide logistics software
- Evaluating new technologies and actively shaping the software architecture
- Contributing to international software rollouts and supporting our locations when introducing new solutions
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Completed technical education (university, university of applied sciences or HTL), ideally with a focus on computer science or software engineering
Qualifikationen
- Excellent software development skills in C# and .NET (Visual Studio / VS Code)
- Good knowledge of Python
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Analytical mindset and a structured, independent working style
- Team spirit, willingness to learn and enjoyment in actively shaping new technologies
Erfahrung
- Interest in or first practical experience with machine learning, deep learning and data science - ideally with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn or Hugging Face
Unser Angebot
- An interesting and challenging position in an internationally successful company, with a wide range of development opportunities and performance-based pay.
- This position is paid above the gross monthly salary set by the collective agreement.
- Depending on qualifications, the starting salary ranges from EUR 3,000 to 4,000 gross per month.
- The actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications.
