- You build and enhance self-service capabilities, tools, and templates that empower development teams to adopt event-driven architectures with ease.
- You define and evolve platform standards, best practices, and reusable solution patterns for Apache Kafka and event streaming.
- You design and implement automated testing and quality assurance mechanisms to ensure platform reliability and stability.
- You collaborate closely with development teams to design, build, and evolve event-driven domain services and business solutions.
- You continuously improve the developer experience through automation, simplification, and abstraction of infrastructure complexity.

Qualifikationen
- Strong programming skills in C# or Java and a solid understanding of software engineering principles.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, or PowerShell.
- A collaborative mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for enabling other teams to succeed.
Erfahrung
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and a passion for building event-driven systems.
- Experience with automated testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end test automation.
