Deine Rolle im Team
- In this role you will design, govern, and continuously improve the Corporate IT process landscape to ensure global IT processes are standardized, efficient, and aligned with business objectives.
- By establishing clear governance, monitoring performance, and identifying process improvement potentials, the role ensures operational excellence, compliance with regulatory standards, and readiness for audits.
- You will contribute to the company's IT department's success by reducing risks, improving service quality, and enabling data-driven decision-making, while supporting in achieving operational excellence and scalability.
- Design and continuously improve the Corporate IT Process Framework, including policies and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure that all IT processes are integrated, consistent, transparent, and aligned with business objectives.
- Define and maintain process governance structures by establishing roles, responsibilities, RACI models, and escalation paths.
- Implement and manage a complete process lifecycle to ensure updated, compliant, and audit-ready process documentation.
- Enforce quality standards across IT processes and drive continuous improvement through quality frameworks and root cause analysis.
- Monitor process performance by defining KPIs, using dashboards, feedback loops, and analytics to support strategic decisions.

Ausbildung
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or Quality Management.
Qualifikationen
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and understanding of IT governance, risk, and compliance principles.
- Familiarity with ITIL, COBIT, ISO standards, and process modeling tools such as BPMN, Signavio, or ServiceNow.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and provide training.
- High motivation, reliability, adaptability, and a proactive mindset with strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.
Erfahrung
- Proven experience in IT operations, technical support, IT process-related roles. Alternatively hands-on experience in IT process management or IT governance.
