Deine Rolle im Team
- We're looking for a skilled and passionate Data Engineer to join an international team driving data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced and complex environment.
- In this role, you'll be responsible for designing robust data pipelines and building scalable ETL solutions to support advanced analytics and reporting use cases.
- You will collaborate closely with data scientists and business stakeholders, taking ownership of the entire data lifecycle, from ingestion and transformation to delivering actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain scalable ETL processes (both batch and streaming; structured and unstructured data).
- Build and optimize data pipelines to support analytics and business intelligence.
- Clean, standardize, and transform data to support downstream consumers.
- Define and promote best practices around data modeling, database design, job scheduling, and monitoring.
- Contribute to the development of accessible APIs and data interfaces.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's or PhD a plus).
Qualifikationen
- Solid knowledge of AWS services (certifications are a plus).
- Familiarity with tools such as Apache Airflow, Kafka, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Strong programming background, especially in Python and/or Java.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Erfahrung
- Hands-on experience in relational and NoSQL database engineering.
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g. Spark, Dask, or Hadoop) is a bonus.
- Experience working with financial data or securities is an advantage, but not a must.
