Deine Rolle im Team
- As a System Analyst (m/f/d), you are the first point of contact for our employees for all questions regarding hardware, applications and support them with your expertise in solving IT problems.
- Responsible for end-user support (2nd level) and system availability within predefined timeframes within SLA targets.
- Assist with change control and any infrastructure changes that help to improve functionality.
- User- and device management (e.g. hardware, licenses, equipment) including documentation.
- Support business departments when issues arise and to identify potential improvements.
- Attention to data and system security and privacy compliance.
- Alignment to compliance requirements (GDPR, GXP) and all IT policies.
- Collaborate with global IT teams and participate in global IT roll-outs.
- Collaborate with site leader and management team.
- Daily participation in regional meetings.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Completed IT education (e.g. Diploma in computer science, Bachelor Univ.) or similar.
Qualifikationen
- Very good knowledge of Windows operating systems and PC hardware.
- Advanced knowledge about IT infrastructure.
- Detailed and solution-oriented work style as well as flexibility.
- Ability to work under stress, sense of responsibility and good interpersonal skills.
- Fluent German and good English skills.
Erfahrung
- Work experience in the end-user support area or comparable areas.
- Experiences with Microsoft Office product family.

- For the Linz location, compensation is based on the collective agreement of the Austrian chemical industry.
- For this position, we offer attractive remuneration commensurate with your qualifications and experience (statutory minimum according to the collective agreement of the Austrian chemical industry: € 48.482,84 gross per year on a full-time basis).
