- Manage and support business-critical trading applications throughout their lifecycle.
- Ensure stable operations, incident resolution, and continuous service improvement.
- Partner with traders and business stakeholders to optimize processes and user experience.
- Coordinate changes, releases, upgrades, and vendor activities.
- Drive automation, operational excellence, and platform resilience.
- Contribute to our growing data and AI capabilities by working with modern technologies such as Databricks and cloud-based data platforms.
- Collaborate with business experts, architects, data engineers, and IT teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Qualifikationen
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of application lifecycle management and IT service processes.
- Familiarity with trading, capital markets, securities, or banking applications is a plus.
- Team-oriented and willing to meet our team every week on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at Erste Campus.
- Willingness to work based on functional staffing time during trading hours and to perform specific maintenance tasks on weekends (based upon alignment).
- Excellent English skills; German is an advantage.
Erfahrung
- 5+ years of experience in IT, ideally in Application Management, Production Support, or Financial Services.
- Experience managing applications on Linux and Windows Server environments.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and monitoring solutions.
- Interest or experience in Databricks, SQL, data engineering, cloud platforms, AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI.

- A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - the minimum wage for this position in accordance with the respective collective agreement is EUR 62.664,-- gross per year.
