Deine Rolle im Team
- Collaborate with cross-functional data teams to deliver reliable, maintainable reporting solutions and curated data products.
- Design build and maintain Power BI semantic models including KPIs, measures, hierarchies, and access concepts.
- Build performant Power BI reports and dashboards and enable self-service analytics with reusable datasets.
- Develop and operate Databricks pipelines (Python, SQL) for ingestion, transformation, and curated data publishing.
- Use Azure Data Factory and Azure services for orchestration, integration, and optimized data refresh processes.
- Ensure quality and standards through testing, versioning, monitoring, CI/CD, and documentation.
- Help establish standards for data modeling, KPI definitions, report design, naming conventions, and documentation.

Ausbildung
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Business Informatics, or comparable experience.
Qualifikationen
- Strong Power BI expertise including semantic models, DAX, Power Query, performance tuning, and security.
- Strong engineering mindset with focus on testing, versioning, CI/CD, observability, and reliable operations.
- Excellent communication & teamwork, independent and solution-oriented working style, very good English; German is a plus.
Erfahrung
- 3+ years experience in BI, data engineering, analytics engineering, or Power BI in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks (Python, Spark, Lakehouse) and building production data pipelines.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory, SQL, dimensional modeling, and curated data layers for analytics.
Unser Angebot
- Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3,668.49 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37,5 hours / week).
- Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant.
- It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
- This full-time position is to be filled as soon as possible.
