Deine Rolle im Team
- Administration and continuous development of our Microsoft 365 environment, with a focus on SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive.
- User, permission, and license management.
- Creation and administration of SharePoint sites, including permission and storage management.
- First point of contact for users regarding all Microsoft 365-related questions and issues.
- Troubleshooting, problem resolution, documentation, and support within the 2nd-level support team.
- Administration and maintenance of our archiving solution.
- Participation in the introduction and implementation of global IT solutions.
- Active contribution to future digitalization initiatives, including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Completed higher education in Information Technology or a comparable qualification is an advantage.
Qualifikationen
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, particularly SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive.
- Good understanding of the interaction between Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and the Power Platform.
- Good command of English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, combined with an interest in new and emerging technologies.
Erfahrung
- Several years of relevant professional experience in a Microsoft 365 and/or IT administration environment.
- Experience with PowerShell, ShareGate, Microsoft Azure, and AvePoint Opus is considered an asset.
Unser Angebot
- We offer you for this position a monthly minimum gross salary (starting level) of €3,267.00 on a full time basis (38.5 hrs/week).
- The actual salary is calculated on the basis of previous periods of service, qualification, professional experience and the collective agreement.
