Kommentar: Depends on the team. Top Level Management a lot of times does not care/have a clue, still sometimes interferes with decisions. Rush to market while sacrificing speed in the aftermatch happens too often, harming the credibility and maintainability. Again, highly depends on the situation.

Kommentar: Yes, you can (and should) influence the product. Usually you even need to substitude lack of top level direction, more than you should. Whereas you can influence your code part, cross product and big picture alignment is political chaos.

Kommentar: Used to be open communication, but this got abandonded. Unions get ignored conciously, last minute changes of contracts, product decisions taken without talking to teams upfront, wild strategy changes out of the blue.

Kommentar: It's an international company, but differences in geos are not respected.

Kommentar: Within your team and direct managers you will be fine. Top Level does not care and might randomly blame people for their errors (last minute changes, lack of communication, lack of direction, no overall strategy or lack of product knowledge)
