Kommentar: There are not many rules here. If you want to use a framework or tool you will probably be allowed to use it as long as it will help reaching the goal.
Open Source Contribution
Das Team legt viel Wert darauf, Open-Source-Software der Community zur Verfügung zu stellen.
Kommentar: As it is probably everywhere the dependency on the open source community is very high. The contribution isn't as the developed products are property of the company.
Product Participation

Kommentar: This probably depends on where exactly you are working. But I can say if you have something valuable to share, any idea or proposition will resonate with a positive response and you will have the opportunity to at least try it out.
Meeting Efficiency
Hier verschwendet kein Mitarbeiter zu viel Zeit in ergebnislose Meetings.
Kommentar: Often times the internal meetings are longer than needed.
Agility/Adaptability
Das Team schafft es schnell auf Kunden und Markterfordernisse zu reagieren.
Kommentar: Hard to say as the products are still being developed. But so far it is to say that the team and product is flexible for adaptions.
Project Management
Hervorragendes Anforderungs- und Projektmanagement sind hier selbstverständlich.
Kommentar: All in all it is very loose. This can be quite comfortable but sometimes this leads to undefined goals and deadlines. You won't find any micromanagement here.
