In dieser Position entwickelst du die Plattformstrategie für digitale Produkte und führst cross-funktionale Teams, um skalierbare und leistungsstarke Services zu gestalten und umzusetzen.
Deine Rolle im Team
- Support the digital transformation of the construction industry.
- As a Senior Product Manager (Platform), you will own the core technical foundation that powers all digital products in the portfolio.
- You will define the platform strategy, lead multiple cross-functional squads, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing shared services across the product landscape.
- Own the product vision and strategy for the platform layer of our entire digital product portfolio (e.g., identity & access, integrations, data services, core platform capabilities) in a newly formed organization.
- Lead and mentor Product Owners (Squad Leads) responsible for platform and engineering enablement teams.
- Drive alignment across product areas by defining shared services, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Partner closely with the technical architects to ensure architectural coherence and scalability.
- Champion platform-thinking across the organization, ensuring reuse and consistency.
- Translate company strategy into measurable platform outcomes (OKRs, roadmaps, …).
- Communicate platform direction and trade-offs to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Raise the maturity of product practices in for technical platform product management.

Qualifikationen
- Proven ability to lead multiple product squads and coach Product Owners.
- Deep understanding of discovery practices, product-led platform strategy, and agile delivery.
- Ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term technical investment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management in both business and technical environments.
- Hands on mentality, „that doesn’t work“ is not part of your mindset and you thrive when you can build something from 0 to 1.
- Having been part of a rapidly growing company and fast work environment is a plus.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in German and English.
Erfahrung
- 5+ years of experience in software product management, with a technical focus.
- Strong experience collaborating with engineering teams on architecture, scalability, and system design.
- Experience in SaaS, platform engineering, or infrastructure products is your daily business and therefore experience is required.
- Experience in construction tech, logistics, or industrial SaaS is a plus.
