    Deine Rolle im Team

    • As a Data Analyst, you will join a growing team where you will maintain and further enhance our data analytics capabilities using tools like Snowflake SQL, and Power BI.
    • You will also need good business understanding and communication skills for the day-to-day work with internal business stakeholders, central expert teams, and vendors.
    • One of the key focus areas will be to support consumer analytics.
    • You will analyze and create insightful reports on consumer engagement through various channels, hidden patterns, CRM data, and much more, helping to drive strategic decisions and improve consumer experiences & therefore sales.
    • Prepare Data in Snowflake and Conduct Deep Data Analysis: Source, prepare, and integrate data for analysis from diverse business and operational processes.
    • Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders, supporting data-driven decision-making processes.
    • Design, Develop, Deploy, and Maintain BI Reporting Suites: Including dataflows, semantic models, front-end reports, dashboards, and BI solutions.
    • Develop and Deliver Management Information: Produce one-off reports to provide insights and aid decision-making.
    • Ensure Data Quality in Reports: Implement mechanisms to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and consistency within BI reports.
    • Engage with Stakeholders: Collaborate with various teams, including commercial and consumer streams, to understand business requirements and deliver actionable insights.
    • Prototype and refine visualizations and reports, recommending and suggesting better ways of visualizing data.

    Unsere Erwartungen an dich

    Qualifikationen

    • You have graduated in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems, or another quantitative field.
    • Good to have certification in relevant technologies such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, AWS Certified Data Analytics - Specialty, or equivalent.
    • Proficient in SQL and with data warehousing concepts and best practices.
    • Good to have proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language such as PowerShell or Python for data manipulation, automation, and scripting tasks.
    • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken - German is a plus.
    • Uphold professional conduct and integrity in all interactions, demonstrating accountability, respect, and professionalism, even in challenging situations.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
    • Demonstrate resilience in overcoming obstacles and setbacks, maintaining a positive attitude and persevering towards goals.

    Erfahrung

    • You have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a Data Analyst role, working with SQL(Snowflake preferred), and Power BI including DAX, Dataflows, Deployment pipelines etc..
