In dieser Rolle leitest du internationale SAP S/4HANA Rollouts, planst und damit verbundene Aktivitäten durchführst du die Ressourcen-, Budget- und Risikomanagement- sowie das Reporting über KPIs und Herausforderungen im Projektverlauf.

Deine Rolle im Team
- Lead international SAP S/4HANA rollouts as project manager (including planning, execution, go-live, and hypercare)
- Set up and manage project governance as well as resources, milestones, budgets, risks and reporting
- Coordinate SAP CoE team, key users, and external partners
- Oversee change requests and ensure timely, in-scope, and on-budget delivery
- Prioritize and bundle requirements, plan releases and capacity
- Steer delivery through transparent KPIs and reporting and act as the escalation point for conflicting priorities, delays, budget overruns and quality issues
- Continuously improve SAP CoE processes, tools, and delivery model

Ausbildung
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or similar
Qualifikationen
- Strong SAP process knowledge (e.g., finance, logistics, manufacturing)
- Excellent project management skills; certification is a plus
- Structured, solution-oriented with ability to communicate confidently and assertively
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Team player, customer-oriented, willing to travel internationally
- Excellent English skills; German is a plus
Erfahrung
- Several years of experience as SAP (S/4HANA) project or delivery manager in an international environment
- Experience in demand, change, and portfolio management
- Experience in budget/resource planning and managing external partners

- This amounts to EUR 53.241,02 gross per year for a full-time role (according to the Metal Industry collective agreement).
