Ausbildung

• Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent qualification.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in managing large-scale, international ERP transformation programs.
• Advanced IT and ERP expertise, particularly in D365 or comparable platforms.
• Strong project and process management capabilities with the ability to balance detail and 'big picture' perspectives.
• Deep understanding of cross-functional (end-to-end) business processes and value creation.
• Outstanding communication, moderation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence and inspire at all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
• Business-fluent in both German and English (written, verbal, presentation).
• Collaborative mindset and strong team player.

Erfahrung

• Demonstrated leadership of solution architecture or ERP product ownership with experience managing diverse, international teams.
• Solid experience in IT Service Management, strategic planning, and budgeting.
